I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I came to the United States as a student and decided to stay when I met my husband. I always wanted to write, but life took me through different paths, in which writing was not an option.

Many years later, as my children grew and flew the nest, I have found the time and energy to pursue my dream. Responding to the need to fill the void, I create stories as a backdrop where my characters can play and have a good time. I enjoy this playtime myself, and intersperse it with poetry and personal essay writing.

I write in both English and Spanish, and I love the world of words. I am a member of the NLAPW National League of American PEN Women Boca Raton Branch, WNBA Women’s National Book Association, and Write it Write, my weekly critique group.

    1. Thank you! I’m going to try your recipes. My daughter found a market near us where they sell all kinds of seeds. That will allow me (or force me, lol) to follow your recipes to the T! No substitutions that usually get me in trouble!
